Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Decorify is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Decorify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly.
